Proposal Submission Form

All submissions must be sent electronically. Please pay particular attention to the format given below. Submissions which do not conform to this format will be returned to the authors for reformatting, or may not be considered if they arrive very close to the deadline.

This form sends itself by email to the conference organisers. It has been tested in Netscape 2.1 and above on the Mac, Netscape 3 and above on PC, and Internet Explorer 3 and above; it should be functional in other JavaScript-enabled browsers.
If you cannot or prefer not to use this form please follow this layout for submissions (which is given more discursively in the call for papers) and email it to allcach2k@arts.gla.ac.uk with the subject line "<Author's surname> Submission for ALLCACH2k".

Technical requirements

Please give details of all equipment you require for your session, for example OHP or slide projector.


Your proposal

Proposals should take the form of ASCII or ISO-8859/1 text. Where necessary, a header should indicate the combinations of ASCII characters used to represent characters outside the ASCII or ISO 8859/1 range.
Full guidance is given in the Call for Papers. In brief, please give for
- sessions: 500-word statement describing the session topic, plus 1000-1500 words per paper
- panels: 1000-1500 words
- papers, posters, demonstrations: 1000-1500 words

If you have 'pasted-in' a proposal please check it is complete. Some browsers impose a limit on the amount you can type in a text box, so the area below is provided for overflow if required:

Those who submit abstracts containing graphics and tables are asked to fax a copy of the abstract in addition to the one sent electronically. Faxes should be sent to: +44 141 330 4537. The cover page should reproduce the header from this electronic submission.
